Layers really help. and the way you use them well is if you take your main franken image, and lay that down as the base layer. Then everytime you add an item to the image, you put it into a new layer. Then you can individually edit them later. It makes frankening MUCH easier for me.

This most likely wont fit into G Gundam, but i had an idea for an MS once. I dont think i can actually pull it off, so maybe you can do it. It is a RX-79G Ground Type Gundam with MS-06J ZakuII parts on it. Mono-eye on back of head, added armor cut off of a zaku's legs, front armor and placed on RX-7...

Wow that is one helluva franken!! I like every part of that, especially the legs, the parts blend nicely and create some powerful yet not so thick looking legs. Ive been trying to achieve that for a while now. Amazing stuff Big Z, truly amazing stuff.

Yeah Yeah, I've been away for a while, doing real life stuff and having fun. While nearly everyone will consider this defacing city property, I am quite proud of it~ http://www.flickr.com/photos/lalahsghost/archives/date-posted/2006/07/09/ Bridge = owned. I don't see any pictures in that link, it s...

Shori I think you have redefined the limits of frankening with the Marbau! Indeed, I wish he would stop. Now I have to try even harder to make something equal to his art. :? The day will come eventually when I will no longer be able to franken from lack of parts already used in previous frankens. T...

Shori I think you have redefined the limits of frankening with the Marbau! I can't even begin to explain how amazing this suit is to me, I took one look at it and thought it was a canon piece of artwork. I can't wait for more excellent stuff from you.

While I might agree with your political ideas, I think that might be inappropriate for this forum, since it brings politics into the fray and that can cause a massive flame war. I learned that a few years ago myself, so i hope no one takes this the wrong way.

The Hellcat is a pretty nice franken. My only complaint is the area at the tops of the legs were they connect to the torso and crotch sections. The parts look like they overlap, it makes the unit look sloppy and takes away from the design.

Wow that is one sick looking unit! Who am I to say this but when you design the legs, try to keep them exactly with the flow of the unit, i'd suggest using sections of your existing armor as a basis for the legs. I'd have some kind of lower leg side mounted thrusters akin to the Kampfer's ones, but ...

That multi internal cannon unit is going to drain its battery pretty much ater one barrage. Those cannons suck up a ton of power, do you have an explanation for how this is possible?

I think many people might not be commenting for a reason similar to mine, i didn't notice that the thread had become a sticky. Gundam Samis is my favorite out of all of these, especially because of its intricate and very unique torso with the multitude of cables and such. Despite how much seems to b...

maybe having an extra one stored their could come in handy. what if the enemy destroys/ you lose your other ones or you are using a suit that doesnt normaly have sabers. it would really confuse the enemy if you just pulled one outta nowhere and got him with it right when he thought he had won.

Wow man this is some killer designing. The newest stuff are my favorites so far: those high mobility designs are awesome, the coloring fits very well. I like the use of SEED lineart for the leg parts on the second one. And that Psi Gundam nearly made me loose control of my bowels. Freaking sweet stu...

I think if you altered the strikers a bit, not color but changed them a little to make them more original to the suit. But wow that is one stunning design, i really love how well the parts flow. It needs some cleaning up but its ok without it. Nice work, keep it up, I'd love to see some more!

The knees on that need to be fixed, it looks like they are popping out. Other wise I like it a lot, but if this is a Gouf Variant, then maybe you should experiment with added armor on the cockpit, i found the orignal armor to be very flimsy looking. Just a few ideas.

Ah.. that makes a lot of sense, i had that same problem with a suit i designed, i just had to put armor over the front so i drastically changed things on it. It looks good, but i think the armor could be better. Thank you for your response, i understand now, and i can't wait to see your next creation!
