Could you post a link to the actual article, please?

EDIT: Looked it up in the Encyclopedia. It's some idiot's spam. Disregard it. Neither show is coming out here for the forseeable future.

I always just assumed it was a more or less arbitrary nickname given to the suit based on Japanese Engrish. "RX" and "Alex" sound identical in Japanese, afterall.

I could be wrong, but that's the explanation I've always clung to.

I am just saying that I THINK that people, especially newer anime viewers, should try to understand the historical viewpoint with which why many people within the anime culture thinks that he had made a big impact, instead of the usual . "Oh, he is overrated" just becuase they don't like ...

Seems like they are taking out their suffering form UC elitist persecution on him. Yes, because the only conceivable way to ever have any issue with anything Tomino ever does is to somehow have been traumatized by an uninvolved third party, right? Heaven forbid any of us actually...y'know...have so...

I do want to see more Autobots. I think they are under strength in the movie. Its 5 Autobots vs 8 deceptorcons. I like Grimlock. He's arragence and stupidity still make me laught. Wheeljack is a must. Not so sure as to bring in Ultra Magus, Hot Rod, Fort Max or Unicon. They are actually later trans...

It's been years since I've seen it, but I remember it having a pretty good story, likable characters, and a far creepier atmosphere than most anime I've seen. I'd say it's a definite 'yay.'

No offense to anyone, but all these old-school rants are enough to overload Blackout. For a cartoon/toy franchise like TF to prosper, it must undergo some significant changes in order to win over the new generation of viewers. Change is a necessary thing, yes. But change that turns your central cha...

There's a comic book and a novel that both act as prequels to the movie. As for Soundwave, at first he was going to be a helicopter, but because fans complained that helicopter became Incinerator, and later Blackout (notice how Blackout ejected Scorponok like a tape, served as an intelligence gather...

The 1986 movie pushed the envelope, it was imaginative, it was moving, and it had a great soundtrack to boot. It re-defined American animation. To say the 1986 Transformers movie "redefined American animation" is SEVERELY overstating its impact. It was a niche movie that only reached a sp...

Robotech - Just an Harmony Gold U.S.A. Dub X( Yes, but it's also a dub that ended up becoming its own continuity, drastically different from that of Macross. It didn't simply adapt the original into another language as most dubs do, but in many ways created a wholly different plot that went on to g...

its just another of those ... movies about an invasion/monster destroying the united states. Um, yeah, that's pretty much been common knowledge all along. The difference here is that it's going to be done all "Blair Witch" style with camcorders, apparently done from a civilian perspective...

Honestly, I think one of Bay's biggest mistakes with the Decepticons in the movie was giving them a "native language" to speak in. Oh sure, it offered more of that "realism" thing he wanted in his sentient shapeshifting giant robot alien fighting movie ( ), but at the same...

The fact that the show lacks Ironhide and the creators turned Prowl into a ninja motorcycle to please the Toonami Naruto crowd still irritates me to no end, but it doesn't look as bad as it initially appeared. I want to see more of their Starscream; he may just end up a show-stealer based on that cl...

My favorite part was where they said 4chan commits racist and anti-Semitic assaults against sites like Habbo Hotel. The whole point behind the Habbo raids was because Habbo were racist and anti-Semitic, and 4chan got jollies pushing their buttons by making black avatars. I also love the part about t...

Edit: Nevermind. Seems ANN has her listed as specifically voicing Stellar. Guess that's the end of speculation there. No it's not, because ANN's Encyclopedia is basically built from user contributions. It's like a Wikipedia with stricter fact-checking and whatnot. Some user probably credited Kuwash...

A lot of the bad press any Gundam saga gets typically boils down to "It's not UC. Wah wah.." Most of my favorite Gundam series aren't Universal Century, yet I still hate Destiny. Even as a fan of the first SEED and Astray, I still hate Destiny. Not everything in the Gundam fanbase is some...

The movie and G1 are linked, so it's the one and only Megatron in both, no? I'm not sure I follow. Look, the game has two Megatrons in it as playable characters: the one we see in the movie (clawed hands, scrap metal appearance) and the one from the cartoon (blocky, turns into a gun). If we're goin...

I don't consider the games to be canon, because if they are, then we have two Megatrons running around in the movie continuity (movie and G1).

Ok then, we've been through the Dinobots, now what about the Constructicons? If they're going to debut in the next movie, i see problems with that since Bonecrusher is a part of that gang and he's already got head-capped by Optimus. There are six Constructicons total, though. It wouldn't be too muc...
