to those folks who want a MG Flag...have you tried the 1/100?

they MAKE them out of existing parts from existing kits. Not technicaly scratchbuilds but thats the way most modellers do them these days. IIRC, the first models of the Sinanju for DHM were based on a MG Hi-Nu with modified and scratchbuilt parts

The proportions on the lineart 00 aren't redesigned. There's simply more surface detail. you have to use the toothpick. Its one of the best, cheap dirty little tricks IMO for painting the hard-to-do spots.
